How do I book?
Send a WhatsApp enquiry with your preferred activity, dates, group size, and experience level. Burgon Underwater Phuket will confirm availability, the total price, and payment arrangements before your booking is finalised.
Do I need diving experience?
Discover Scuba Diving and Discover Freediving are designed as introductory experiences. Certification courses and certified-diver trips have programme prerequisites. Tell us about your experience so we can recommend a suitable activity.
Do I need to be able to swim?
Swimming requirements depend on the activity. The Molchanovs Wave 1 course requires the ability to swim 200 metres. If you are unsure of your swimming ability, contact us before booking; swimming lessons are also available.
What ages can join children’s classes?
Kids freediving is offered for ages 4–15. PADI Bubblemaker is for ages 8+, and Kids Discover Scuba and Junior Open Water start at age 10. Suitability depends on the child’s confidence, ability, and programme prerequisites.
How much are kids freediving classes?
The introductory class is 2,900 THB for three hours. Further classes are 1,300 THB for 60 minutes. Updated pricing for the Molchanovs Junior Certification Pathway (Wave / Lap 1–3) can be discussed with parents.
What are the children’s swimming packages?
Five one-hour classes cost 6,000 THB. Ten one-hour classes cost 11,000 THB. Contact us to arrange your schedule.
What is included in scuba activities?
Hotel transport, buffet-style food and drinks, equipment, and a professional dive instructor are included. Certification fees are included in certification courses. Confirm your pickup and itinerary when booking.
Are there extra fees for Phi Phi Island?
Yes. Phi Phi Island trips have an additional 600 THB national park fee, payable on the day.
Is insurance included?
Full insurance coverage is provided to every customer who books through Burgon Underwater Phuket. Ask us for the policy details, coverage scope, and applicable conditions before your activity.
Which forms do I need to complete?
Every customer must complete a medical questionnaire and liability form before any diving activity. Please disclose relevant medical information accurately so that suitability can be assessed.
What happens if I cancel?
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity. Refund and rescheduling arrangements for cancellations 24 hours or more in advance are confirmed before payment.
What happens if the trip is cancelled because of weather?
Customers receive a full refund if weather or unforeseen circumstances require Burgon Underwater Phuket to cancel the trip.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection, and any personal items you need for the day. Certified divers should bring their certification details. We will confirm any activity-specific requirements before you arrive.
Will I definitely see particular marine animals?
Marine-life encounters vary with conditions and are never guaranteed. We give wildlife space and encourage responsible exploration of the reef.
