1. Booking and confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Burgon Underwater Phuket. Before payment, we confirm the chosen activity, date, total price, inclusions, prerequisites, and payment arrangements.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). Any required deposit, balance due, accepted payment method, payment deadline, and applicable payment fees will be communicated before payment. Your booking confirmation will state the agreed arrangements. No unspecified payment fee is added without prior disclosure.

3. Inclusions and additional charges

Certification fees are included in course prices. Scuba activities include hotel transport, buffet-style food and drinks, equipment, and a professional dive instructor. Pickup details and the activity itinerary are confirmed when booking. Phi Phi Island trips have an additional 600 THB national park fee, payable on the day. Any other agreed extras will be disclosed before booking.

4. Customer cancellations

No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Refund and rescheduling arrangements for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are communicated before payment.

5. Cancellation by Burgon Underwater Phuket

Customers receive a full refund if weather or unforeseen circumstances require Burgon Underwater Phuket to cancel the trip. Safety and conditions may affect the planned itinerary; any proposed changes will be communicated to customers.

6. Insurance coverage

Full insurance coverage is provided to every customer who books through Burgon Underwater Phuket. Policy details, coverage scope, limits, exclusions, and applicable conditions can be requested before the activity; insurance claims are handled according to the applicable policy.

7. Medical questionnaire and liability form

Every customer must complete a medical questionnaire and liability form before any diving activity. Customers must provide accurate information and disclose relevant medical history. Participation is subject to the applicable programme prerequisites and the instructor’s assessment of suitability.

8. Safety and participation

Customers must follow instructor guidance, safety briefings, and activity rules. Activities depend on weather, sea conditions, and participant suitability. Parents or guardians should discuss children’s age, ability, and required consent with Burgon Underwater Phuket before booking.

9. Certification

Certification is awarded only after successful completion of all applicable course requirements. Certification fees are included; payment alone does not guarantee certification.
